Start the application process at travel.state.gov! EGL can help if you have questions. Check passport processing times to identify how long it will take to get your passport once you apply! Consider expediting your application if timing is tight.

Your academic advisor can identify when a study abroad fits best in your plan of study, what class you might want to take abroad and what flexibility you have in your schedule. For student with very strict schedules Summer or Winter programs can be easier to fit in!
